2. Vehicle Diagnostics & Image Processing
Images and diagnostic data are processed using secure AI pipelines. Uploaded vehicle photos and diagnostic records are stored in your private, secure account in Firestore to allow seamless multi-session retrieval across your devices. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
3. Information We Collect & Subscription Credit Accounting
We collect essential account information required for service delivery, including email addresses (when signing in via Google OAuth or Password Auth), account display names, active subscription tier status, credit balances, and saved vehicle inventory items.
Subscription Credit Handling Policy: Monthly subscription credit balances are tracked securely in your user account record. Credits supplied under monthly recurring plans reset at the conclusion of each billing cycle and are re-allocated upon monthly subscription renewal. One-time credit refill packs do not expire and remain associated with your user ID indefinitely until redeemed.
